The organization’s headquarters is in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, about 5 mi (8.0 km) northwest of Philadelphia. There are two purposes for using mixed liquid in the repair.
i) It will absorb into the damaged wood (perhaps you could not scrap out all damaged portions) and petrify the wood to provide structural integrity again.
ii) It also acts as the permanent bond between the wood and Rhino Wood mixed Putty.
